Document manager (php free scripts)

Someone asked me some help with a PDF document manager on the web.

Php, javascript and NO database.
Just copy the files in the folder were you want to store the documents. There is included also an upload area were you can insert details about the file.
Afterwards you can search on the year/month or any keyword and open in eternal window for reading or save.
The list is ordered time descendent (last added is the first on the list)
